Payment Process

Method of payment

A Student has seven payment options:

• Credit card
• Postal order
• Bank Draft
• Direct deposit into the IMM GSM bank account (see details below)
• Debit card facility at IMM GSM Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town offices
• Electronic funds transfer
• Bank guaranteed cheques only

BANK DETAILS

If payment is not made at the offices of the IMM GSM, please send the original proof of payment to the IMM GSM, for the attention of the finance administrator. If you are paying via a direct deposit indicate your full name and surname OR your IMM GSM student number in the reference field on the bottom right-hand corner of the deposit slip.

PLEASE NOTE: NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY SA IMM GSM OFFICE

IMM GSM refund policy

Please note that no fees will be refunded. However, once students have completed their qualification with the IMM GSM, any credit balances on their accounts will be refunded in full. A request in writing must be submitted.
