Assignment Cover and Instructions

2^nd Semester 2010

Each assignment has to have a completed cover sheet attached to the top of all pages. The cover sheet must be completed prior to handing in the assignment, as this will prevent the student from waiting in queues in order to complete the necessary cover sheets.

• It is imperative that assignment cover sheets be completed in full to prevent unnecessary delays. Please do not use any additional files, folders, etc.
